Once kids are tracking their own XP, the model layers in tiered earnings and daily bonuses. Money management ramps up too: your child moves their Alphas between three accounts, checking, savings, and investing.
The deal at Level 1
Day to day
Each morning, students calculate yesterday's XP and receive a tracking magnet. The three tiers:
Under 120 XP, or subject rings left unfilled. No payout.
All subject rings filled and at least 120 XP earned. The day pays out: 1 Alpha per 25 XP.
145 XP or beyond, with all subject rings filled. The payout plus a 10 Alpha bonus.
Session reward
An end-of-Session, usually off-campus reward. Students propose and vote on the experience early in the Session, so the goal is theirs from day one.

Each student meets one-on-one with their Guide every week to talk through challenges, goals, motivation, and growth mindset. Personalized, empathetic, and motivational so students can become limitless.
An individual lunch with their Guide focused on everything but school, a chance for the student to feel seen, heard, and valued outside of academics.
